Smart Phone App Review for KiK

If you haven't caught the buzz about the new smartphone app called KiK, we're here to let you know about it. Since GOOGLE/ANDROID phones have GTALK, Blackberry phones have BBM (Blackberry Messenger), developers from KiK has created a free application for all smart phone users to conveniently and swiftly communicate to all smart phones users (Blackberry, iPhone, iPod, Android) by way of instant messenger. People are dubbing it the new AIM or the new BBM, but we think its another FAIL app.

Here's is some of our opinions of it

* As of yet, there are no options available for user icon
* Unlike with free instant messenger app named, PING, you cannot send or receive pictures through the chat window.
* It does have a good function that somehow finds people you might know with KiK through your twitter friends and your facebook friends if you have those apps downloaded to your phone

* KiK does enable you to send receive and check if the other person read your instant message quite quickly

Unlike with BBM, you dont have to use long nonsense codes to add your friends, you use screennames. Signing up is quick and easy, and, like we mentioned before it is FREE.
